I want to know that what is the period of March 31 quarterly accounts (FY Jul to Jun); Nine months or three months? What about notes? if the note in March 31 quarterly is pertaining to B/S item, then what period is taken, nine months or three months?
I want to know that does the definition of a UNIT (share in Unitholder's fund/ NAV)is the same as the definition of a SHARE? Does a unit holder has the right to vote? If some Institution is restricted to invest in shares, then this restriction could also be in the case of investment in Units? Assalam O Alaikum All, Guys n Gals i've come with this query and hope that u will help me getting out of it What is the accounting treatment for sponsoring Sports and what type of expenses r these either Capital expenditure or Revenue and if revenue then r these Selling and marketing or General and administrative expenses? For example PEPSI supports Pakistan Cricket team, National Bank sponsors Pakistan Hockey Team similarly KPT(Karachi Port Trust) supports SNOOKER players. Please share your knowledge regarding what are you studying and what you have already been gain the knowledge about CISA examination contents while preparing it. We will realy appreciate the efforts if somebody will interact s(he) knowledge. To take first step I already gave the examination contents in the ISA audit forum. Has Audit Risk Model Limitations ?
Respected Auditors and Accountants Assalam a Alaikum the audit risk model is normally given as AR = IR x CR x DR where AR is total audit risk CR is control risk IR is Inherent risk DR is detection risk I just wanted to ask if it has any limitations regarding its operation where it allows the auditor to set quantitative values on Inherent Risk and Control Risk so as to allow for an increased amount of Detection Risk and hence a lower level of substantive testing and vice versa. (I'd later explain it numerically if necessary.But first please confirm about its limitations if any?) thanking you Ashfaque Shiskin Hunzawi.
