Hi I'm a new member here. I would just wanted to ask how can i will be compute the retirement of a person. Our company didn't avail any retirement plan. Hope you can help.. i'm just new in my being an acctng head and it very difficult to make decisions that i didn't take any advice. Please help me guys.. thanks,,
