How to calculate debt equity ratio as given in prudential regulations
Is it;
a)Total Debt/Equity
b)Long Term Debt/Equity
c)Total Debt/Equity+Total Debt
d)Long Term Debt/Equity+LTD

The prudential regulations for modaraba say that equity means
Modaraba Fund (FREE OF LOSSES)
Reserves and
Unappropriated profits

Now what this free of losses means subtracting losses or ignoring losses
and what reserves are included in RESERVES
