Hi,
Participation term certificates, Term Finance certificates and Musharika certificates are the terms that are considered as long term liabilities and they are also according to "sharia"...
Can somebuddy have a detailed knowledge about these certificates...
The only thing that i could find is that...The company who wants to raise money sales some of its assets for cash to a banking company...and then purchase the same assets from that banking company at a higher price with long credit terms...
