I think that this much depends upon what kinda job u r interested in. My first job was in internal audit and therefore I felt that after CA, the qualification which will further strenghthen me will be Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). So I am currently pursuing these two. Moreover both have good value in the middle east market.
Another good qualification is CFA. But its 3 years and significantly different from the CA.
Then there are other qualification but mostly in line with the CA e.g. ACCA. CIMA etc. (in which personally I am not much interested).

But I feel that additional qualifications are much required now if you want to be above the rest of the professionals.
