Read some books on Islamic Banking and Finance. Islam prohibits interest but promotes trade. A bank can earn profit by not giving loans but by getting involved in musharakah. It may be a diminishing musharakah as well.

DEAR now i have understanded what is interest
ISLAM think too much far but the people of world think for just time being ISLAM says that busnise should be with simple rule not so complected rule and now iam some how able to answer any question about interest and ISLAM
THE CURRENT BANK SYSTEM IS LIKE THE BLOOD SUKER OF POOR AND MIDDLE STANDARD PEOPLE SO ONE CAN SAYS THAT THESE ARE THAT BLOOD BANK
