SOLUTION IS THAT WHEN YOU FAIL TO FILE ANY RETURN. WRITE TO CONCERNED AUTHORITY A LETTER REASONING OF LATE SUBMISSION SO THAT YOU CAN GET TIME AND TO AVOID PANALTY.

BY THE WAY YOU HAVE TO PAY PENALTY.
