WHAT IS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SHAREHOLDER AND MEMBERS?
Shareholder is the owner of the organization where as member is a person who belong to group of people such as team or company.

The terms shareholder and members both are used synonymously, for further verification you can see Companies Ordinance 1987. You will notice that law makers use the terms Member and Shareholder synonymously. The terms Shareholder and Member are used to refer a person who has monetary interest in the assets, income and ownership of a company.
