Proposed amendment seeks to exclude bonus from the salary of corporate employees salary of Rs.1M or more and levies tax on said bonus at special rate.

In the above paragraph i am unable to understand the word "Corporate Employees"

Can anybody explain me about this

Dear,
For the purpose of this clause, Corporate Employee means any employee whose yearly salary exceeds Rs. 1 Million.
