hum ak employee ko farig karna chatay hain jis ki service 7 sal hay please us ki gratuty kitni banti hay bata dain
dear i think, ap ko tmam years ke salary me sa her year ke aik month ke basic salary la jama kar do im mean(basic salar x 7) us ke gratuity ke amonth ha jay gee,

It requires salary details and deductions/contributions etc.
Without which the exact amount may not be calculated.

1. Gratuity policy of the Company
2. Basic & Gross Salary
3. Terms of employment
