HI!
I have done my B.COM recently. i joined job as accountant in construction company.
so i received bills on behalf of company relating
supplies of Iron
supplies of cement etc
other direct or indirect expenses bills
so i have problem how much tax is deduct from their payment how calculate it.
if some tell me some site or some other source that i do my job successfully.

some time boss told me that is gross payment and some time says that is net payment so how i calculate it tax on this nature of payment

It’s depand on weather r u withholding agent or not concern U/S,,,,
Missal k tor par agar aap ki ka sole proprietor ya Unregisterd AOP business hay to aap withholding agent nahi ho U/S153, or aap tax deduct nahi karo gay supplies or services pay,,,
Agar aap registerd Firm (AOP) ya Company ho to aap withholding agent ho U/S 153

we are going rent of guest house occupied by our employee the rent is a=22,ooo per month we are giving rent of feb so how i calculate with holding tax on that rent
