Dears, I wants to know that if a Company (Guarantee Limited) wants to go for Special tax Year
<i>u/s 74 (3) A person may apply, in writing, to the Commissioner to allow him to use a twelve monthsâ period, other than normal tax year, as special tax year and the Commissioner may, subject to sub-section (5), by an order, allow him to use such special tax year.</i>
whats the procedure for it and what documents required to be submitted along with application and how much time it normally takes for approval,
