FROM JULY 1, 2010 NOT REQUIRED TO FILE MONTHLY WHT STATEMENT.
FILE WHT QUATERLY STATEMENT FOR THE TAX YEAR 2011.

Also guide what to include in Quarterly WHT Statement for private limited company.... Weather Tax deducted on cash withdrawl and wht on Utility bills to be included in it or its shud be filed in FTR..
BOTH IN CASE OF PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY AND PARTNERSHIP
Withiolding statement is required, when you deduct the tax from the payment made against services and goods, in case your tax has been deducted by someone, it will be mentioned in annual statement u/s 115(4).
