mujhe ek payment karni hai for subscription fro suntra magazine august 2010 till june,july 2011 ki, is ki amount hai 57500 kia is amount pe tax deducte ho ga ya nahi, mein ne party se pucha tha aap ka tax kis rate se kate ga, wo keh raha tha nahi kate ga, lakin kiun nahi katun tax us ne yeh nahi baataya,plz tell me k tax katega ya nahi, with section and rate, reply as soon as possible

Agar wo un books k publisher han to un ki income U/S153B may nahi aati hay, un ki normal income hay, un say ap exemption certificate demand karyn,

par agar wo exemption certificate na den to, aur agar wo books khud publish karte hain to phr wo kis section mein aate hain!

If the pasyment against supply of magzine wht rate will be @3.50%, if the payment against advertisement in magzine wht will be @6%
