Will this flood charge be applicable on income tax payable for whole financial year starting from July 2010 till June 2011?
Or it is only applicable on the tax payable on incomes from 15Mar till 30Jun2011?
15 March 2011 to 30 June 2011, but taxpayable for the whole year also accrues on 30th june so the surcharge will be payable against the tax liabilty of the year
