Very funny Apocalypse, deleted your post about Mark Evans.
Anyway, I think it's gonna be a new character since nobody we have met so far seems like a royalty.

I have not deleted my post about Mark Evans (in reply to your vague post which makes no sense)

cannot you see properly or your Artificial intelligence is running out and the natural stupidity is coming in play

I won't dignify your stupidity with a response.

Back to Harry Potter....
Has any of you read the Changeling Hypothesis" theory? If not

I went about halfway through it and it gave me headaches. See if you guys can make some sense out of it.

The Mysterious door in J K Rowling's site is opened. A few chapter names of Half-Blood Prince are revealed.

Hi,

Cant beleive there are so many "grownup" fans of HP !! Now I have read all HP books, as soon as they were released (except for the 1st one). And I was also a gr8 fan of HP @ some time when I was a kid, but its difficult for me to beleive that there are grownups who still like HP !!

Take Care,
AvgJoe

Depends on how you look at things. I believe Lord of The Rings won an award for best "Children's" book when it first came out, but now it is considered a literary classic. Makes you think......

I have read both the series. And contrary to what u might think, I think Harry Potter is much more interesting. Plus its Contemporary !

In harry potter there is quite a childish approach mainly because the characters are in school,

but LOTR is much more in warfare and ruling, and a glimpse of the world far back.

That is why I think LOTR is more interesting.

Harry Potter is good reading, but its strictly juvenile literature. There is much better stuff out there to spend your limited time on, like the LOTR books.

Personally I hated Goblet of Fire and Order of the Phoenix. You had to go through long tedious chapters FULL of loopholes and then forced to read a highly condensed ending, that left a rottern taste in the mouth.

The fact that JK Rowling is now suffering from 'writer's block' and has apparently run out of ideas, is pretty evident. She also appears to have lost interest in the books altogether, and wants more to cash in through Hollywood and merchendising deals.

Heres to wishing that book no. 6 dpesnt suck ass like Book 5 did.
