Wealth and Income Tax Statement for Non Residents - arezzo - 06-23-2011
Dear All,
Was having a discussion on the requirements for Non Resident Pakistanis and needed to clarify if
1) Income of a Non Resident Pakistani is not from any source in Pakistan
2) Income of Non Resident Pakistani is below PKR 500,000 per year from any source in Pakistan
then in such as the aforementioned event would they be required to submit to FBR
1) Wealth Statement
2) Income Tax Statment for the taxable year?
When you answer if you could please specify the ordinance/code no. of the Tax Rules.
