Guys can someone give me tips on how to approach module e, corporate law paper? Is it necessary to rote learn the ordinance? Or can one learn from manai notes and read the ordinance for further understanding?

Corporate laws and secretarial practice by Nazir Ahmad Shahin.
The best book I have ever seen on corporate laws in Pakistan for students.
