Is there any law or regulation for organizations that specify the limits of perquisits of salary. or any other relevent law regarding to payroll of management staff.

yes rules are here, but i don exactly know law name. it specifies basic pays but for govt servents only
not private

Obviously, there are different laws exist for the salary determination of any particular scale/grade of any government organisation. There are different salary ranges for different Basic Pay Scales (BPS-1 to BPS-16 & Gazetted Officers; BPS-17 to BPS-22) & their corresponding pre-requisites. Salary rules are different for gazetted officers, but the very basic pre-requisitions are equally same, I think so.
