Firstly,Welcome on this site as a newest member.
You have requested for the C.A.Bye-Laws,1983 on the net.
I want to tell you that you can't get these laws on the net easily.It will be good for you that either you visit the ICAP House or send an E-mail to the ICAP with appropriate fees.i.e;Rs.85 approx. for purchasing this book.Perhaps,you would be able to download these laws from ICAP official web-site.
