The ICAP site is not opening. Could somebody please list down the Corporate Law syllabus for Module E for the Summer 2008 attempt. Also please tell me about the major changes in NBFCs. Somebody told me that VOL II of the Companies Ordinance does not contain all the contents of the NBFC rules and some parts have been excluded but are part of the exam syllabus. The exact content is on the ICAP site, which isnt opening for me.
