The Reform Support Unit has been established by the Government of Sindh aims to oversee, guide and development education reform in the Province within the Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh. RSU shall be responsible for implementation of Sindh Education Reform Program (SERP) supported by World Bank and European Commission.
The Reform Support Unit (RSU) requires on contract basis for the following posts highly motivated, smart and efficient individuals (male / female) purely on merit and performance basis. The salary package will be competitive and market based.

INTERNAL AUDITOR
Number of Positions 1
Qualification
(i) Chartered Accountant and / or certified Internal Auditor
(ii) Operational knowledge of financial and accounting management practices including MIS applications
(iii) Degree in Accounting and Auditing would be preferred.
Requirement
An individual would give a road-map towards establishing a sector-wide internal audit function in the long-run. More specifically, to create an authorizing environment for such a function, the internal auditing specialist will catalyzes the improved accountability and internal controls by building on the knowledge-based already available in the external audit observations and the related follow-up process.
Experience He/She should have hands-on accounting and auditing experience of at least 5 years. Experience of setting-up an internal audit function in an organization or considerable experience being head of the internal audit function. The individual must possess excellent communication skills coupled with grip on various computer applications.
ACCOUNTANT/ FINANCIAL REPORTING SPECIALIST

Qualification
(i) Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years post qualification experience in practice
(ii) Familiarity with the requirements of modern financial management software systems
(iii) Operational knowledge of national and international financial and accounting management practices, including MIS applications/SAP qualified or on-hands experience of SAP
(iv) Degree in Accounting and Auditing would be preferred.
Requirement An individual should be able to take forward the financial reporting and monitoring framework for the entire sector, which would inturn lay the foundation for disbursement of Bank funds. The individual must possess excellent communication skills coupled with grip on various computer applications.
Experience He/She should have accounting experience of 5 - 8 years, hands-on expertise in managing the finances of complex, high-value projects. Adequate experience in dealing with World Bank reporting requirements, disbursement procedures, submission or withdrawal applications and maintenance of Designated Accounts.
