I know that Home, Utility, Travelling etc Allowance are taxable but would like to confirm that allowances like Internet exp, additional Mobile exp (Like unlimited GPRS) are taxable too?

Any allowance solely expended in the performance of the employeeâs duties of employment, e.g. washing allowance and kit allowance for employees required to wear a specified uniform in the performance of their duties of employment.
Internet, Mobile Allowance is Exempt when solely expended in the performance of the employeeâs duties of employment, other than Taxable.
