Where the motor vehicle is used by the employee partly for his personal and partly for business purposes then 5% of vehicle cost is included in taxable income of employee using it.
Please anybody tell me if employee is using this vehicle for some years. then either every year 5% of Orginal Cost is Taxable or 5% of WDV?
