Double Taxation - Omeir - 11-24-2009
I receive commission from foreign countries. The tax is deducted at source in the bank when the money arrives. Now certain countries have laws of taxation at outgoing commission, this way i receive less money because the remitter deducts and so does the bank. Is there any way that i can avoid this double taxation?

The Federal Government has signed Double Taxation treaties with many countries to avoid this sort of double taxation. This list can be found at following address-
