PIPFA Final - Mahtab - 03-09-2004

I'm a Student of PIPFA Fianl and going to appear in May-2004 Exam
Which Books,Notes,Study Material will I use to Pass following papers
Advanced Financial Accounting,
Cost & Management Accounting,
Corporate Laws & Practices,
Adavanced Taxation.
or any Suggestion or Tip for Passing the Exam.

Well Mahtab, its good to see atleast someone from PIPFA, hey guess what i'm also doing PIPFA. As for ur question u must first go through the recommended text. OK i'm gonna tell u some books do refer these books.
Advanced Accounting by R. L. Gupta
Costing by T. Luccey
and for Corporate Laws and Adv Taxation go through the Govt published Acts.

WE SHOULD KEEP pipfa ALIVE, i CLEARED ITS FINAL EXAM IN MAY 2000,AND STILL......[|)].......NOT GOT THE MEMBERSHIP. COULD ANY ONE IN THE FORUM TELL ME THE BENEFITS OF pipfa,S MemBERSHIP!!!!!!

Emotional naheen honne ka......... hmmmmmmm.......I was asking from Market point Of view.As during in my recent interview wth on one of the progressiv public sector organization, i was asked to breif the about PIPFA as they dont even Know it.Pipfa was establisd in 1993, and at that time was amongst the toughst qualifications of the World , Oh GOD those days i cnt forget, as one of my fellows wes unable to pass his one Paper of FONDATION even after 8 attempts. but thanks PIPFA who gave him exemption on the basis of B,com in the end.......hmmmmmm......On the other hand ,plz giv me a copy of letter No F-1(24) Imp/90 dated June 19, 1999, (Government Sector) officials @ Rs.200/- per month, as i am searching for it from the last 5 years being an employee in public sector..... and remember this allowance and most of the exemptions u talked about is also available to the PIPFA qualified....... hmmm.......so why could i give them Rs 900/- per year.
And above all, i m anooyed from its exemption policy announced after i Qualified it, had it been announced befor i could have to give only THREE papers........[(!][(!]

Nt to get diguised from my above post, as some of the reasonse mentioned above are Personal and my post is only for Mahtab nt any one else.........
On the other hand PIPFA is indeed a good Qualification and Qualifying it requiers a lot of Study..........hmmmmm....... and hopfully, as its membership is growing, it will be well recognized and paid in the the market....
