dear i think, ap ko tmam years ke salary me sa her year ke aik month ke basic salary la jama kar do im mean(basic salar x 7) us ke gratuity ke amonth ha jay gee,

Without which the exact amount may not be calculated.

Your question is incomplete. Because calculation of gratuity require following things
1. Gratuity policy of the Company
2. Basic & Gross Salary
3. Terms of employment
