Dear All,
Dear kindly refer to section 6 and section 7 of the excise act 2005,and guide on the following matter,section 7 of the said act explain the input tax can be adjusted on the services as may be specified by the board through notification in the official guzatte.
Dear please guide on the following matter
Whether a brokrage house can cliam input tax on excise paid over telephone bills or services as specified in the first schdule of the excise act.
