Accounting Treatment for Purchase of Land - usman44 - 03-11-2010
Sir,
So often we are facing problem in recording purchase of land. In Practise land registery is made at lesser value than the value on which land purchase.
Example
Land Purchase for Rs. 100,000/-
Registery Value is Rs. 50,000/- Only
I want to know that how to incorporate the difference amount in accounts.
