i dont mind when somebody posts links of some good websites, because i myself post such links, but when the webmaster(s) of a website start introducing their websites in public forums in this fashion and invite the audience just to get some cheap hits, that is a form of marketing and it should be done in the proper way rather than adopting this cheaper strategy.
