Incometax on Retruned Goods- Most Urgent - sapeerwani - 04-27-2010
I need urgent help.
Our shipment is lying at Karachi port and necessary formalities regarding NOC from Customs rebate section and Sales tax section have been completed.
Now we have to show income tax exemption sro on returned goods to Asst. Collector.
I checked Page no. 3 on below pdf but this schedule is not falling in our case.

Is there any income tax sro for exemption of income tax on import of Pakistani goods returned back from the buyer?
