Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosures - awaisaftab - 04-28-2010
S.E.C.P has released an order regarding disclosure about corporate social responsibility activities in financial statements.
Now every public company shall provide descriptive as well as monetary disclosures of the Corporate Social Responsibility Activities undertaken by it during each financial year w.e.f financial year 2009-10

I think its a good move in order to purport or advocate the purpose of social welfare...Though the organizations exist to make profit but in today's era I think there is a need to have such aspect in the existence of any organization as they affect the entire economy.
