Yes, its true that when a person becomes silent on the issues that are important to him. He/she is no more alive. However, there may be some other reasons of silency may be there would be a good and logical reason behind then we cant say that its true.

for example jb mai bus mai thi to aik stop sy dosry k bech kafi distance tha offices thy shayd within the gap to aik aunty ny bus waly ko rokny ka bola but wo chlae gya bus aunty ny request bhi k bhai aik min rok do bla bla but bus waly ny bdtameezi ki k nai roky gi bus agly stop py ruky gi,jub k agly stop py distance boht ho jata aunty ko wapis kafi chlna prta.at that time it was my duty to support aunty or us bus waly ko mai bhi bolti k rok do wo kahan itna wapis chl k jain gi.(as aisa mairy sath bhi ho skta hai kbhi) khair kafi mun mari hui aunty ki bus waly k sath bus waly ny ni roka.or mai bhi "chup" rahi ye soch k gr bolon gi to kia pta wo khdoos khr dimagh mairy stop py bhi ni roky. . .may be boht bykar c example lgy tum sb ko but life mai aisy bohat sy choty bry incident hoty hi hain jb bolna chahye per hum ni bol paaty.later on will share another incident but that will be gud then this one inshalah.

I think the point of struggle is not achieving in the 'success'. success is one of the outcome and one can get it if and only if it is in his/her fate. but struggle is the indicative of 'life' in a living person.
