Erfan bhai e-enrolment k liye ap ko khud apply karna pary ga, www.e.fbr.gov.pk par ja kar enrolment ka form submit karwa dayn, ap ko ID or password email kar dayn gay FBR waly.

Dear sir
I on behalf of my company would like to request you to suggest us a better / appropriate solution as we are facing a BLOCK status from FBR dates back to 11th Aug 2010.
Although We are filing the documents on regular basis but such status is affecting our business and payment activities.

Laptop my question is
Mujhay 12,000 ki invoice receive hui main ne jab payment ki to 11,280 ka cheque issue kiya becoze 6% tax (720) deduct kiya.ab mujhay yeh batain k main ne jo tax deduct kiya is ka mujhay kiya faida ho ga client ko to faida ho ga k woh us ki income tax return main include ho gaya laikin mujhay kiya benefit mile ga?

Lo ji ap ko kyon nahi ho ga fayeada, ap ye kaam karyn gi to ap ko salary mily gi na agar nahi karyn gi to job jaye gi hath say ,, to ap ka to faida hi hay na withholding karny may, hahahahha
Basically ye ap ki company ki liability hay, jo k FBR ki taraf say ap ki company par aayed hoti hay, or ap ki company nay ye liability ap par shift kar di hay, jisy ap nay bina kisi faidy or nuksan k pora karna hay.

tax payers are blocked when thier is some recovery against them
aap check kaein k aap ko koi recovery letter aya tha, agar nahi aya to aap ko rto ki technical branch main assistant commisioner SO-VI K pas jana hoga jahan se is recovery ka pata chale ga
aj kal jurisdictions change hui hain aap waha jaa k maloom kar lena, koi prob ho to batana, i will see it
