Can any body guide me about the annual withholding tax statement, which is to be submitted to the income tax authorities annual for the income tax deducted at source during the year.
1-Who is required to submit it?
2-what will be its format?
3-And within what time limit it should be submitted?
4-What would be the penalties if we fail to do so?

Q1. Har business individual annual employer statement file karta hay.
Or AOP, Registered Firms, Companies withholdings ki annual statement file katy han.
Q2. Hard copy BFR ki web site say download ki ja sakti hay, or ye statement e-file bhi ki ja sakti hayn.
Q3. July or August 2 mahiny may file ki ja sakti han.
Q4. Penalty 2000 hay. & 200 par day.
