i have a building on rent whose per month rent is 210,000. the tenent is deducting 22000 per month.
plz tell me what is the correct amount to be deducted.

Annual Rent = 2,520,000/-
Tax Rate= Rs.57,500 plus 10% of the gross amount exceeding Rs.1,000,000
= 2,520,000 - 10,00,000/-
= 15,20,000 X 10%
= 152,000
= 152,000 + 57,000
Annual Tax = 2,09,500
2,09,500 / 12
Monthly Tax = 17,458/-

lab top bhai mujhe koi aisa link baata de jis total taxable income k baare mein bataya gaya ho, jaise jis mein income from salary, income from property, income from other source, aur securite ek saal purrani ho itna percent tax lage ga,
