What is Flood Tax? Who r going to paid this tax? On which class it is imposed either Business Individual, Salaried Individual or on Corporate Sector? what is the rate of flood tax?

nahi janab yeh azeem suggestion punjab govt. ne di thi sarhad almost accept ker chuka he or ab sindh govt. bhi man gai he agar yeh applicable hua to sub k lie ho ga.
