I've deducted tax at source from the payment today i.e. 8th October...same is recorded in the books but payment will be made to supplier on 20th of the October. In how many days i have to e-file the same deduction and what is last date for me to deposit it with govt treasury

Bro...my question was not pointed out to certain profession. It was general...Like in any trading company, advertising agency, web development firms....what is the authentic procedure defined under the tax law...

Anybody have the tax deduction certificate which i can provide to my vendor/supplier for the tax deducted at source on supplies (3.5%) which i've made from his payment...
