kya AOP ka tax at source ko kat chuka hay, kya partner us tax ko apni wealth reconcilation may expenses side per lay sakhta ha? ya us ka koi tax rebate mil sakhta hay

AOP apni income par khud tax dayti hay, partner nahi dayta, yani k agar 1 AOP ka profit 100,000/- hay or us par 1000 tax diya hay AOP nay to after tax profit 99,000 ho ga jo partners may takseem ho ga,,,
ab partners jab apny return may is profit ko show karyn gay to in ko AOP rebate mily ga.
is tarhan AOP nay jo tax diya ho ga wo partner ka expence nahi ho sakta.
