As the name suggests, Per Hour Ratio interprets another way of your salary. It is basically your salary of one hour. So, e.g. if you are earning $300 per week and working 10 hours, hence your PHR would be $30.
It is quite nice ratio to be familiar with while choosing a career, and unfortunately, not many people give this rather very simple idea any thoughts.
