mujhe plz yeh baatain k agar kisi ki annual income 500,000 se kam hai to kiya use i.tax return jama karana paregi ya nahi.

Salary income hai lap top bhai, aur plz yeh b baatain k is saal teacher rebate ktna hai, hamare tax adviosor kehte hai k is saal b teacher rebate 50% hai, mujhe plz baattain mein kya karun.

JI agar ap ki salary income 500,000 say kam hay to lazmi nahi hay k aap return jama karwayen,,,

Par agar salary income 500,000 say kam bhi ho or ap k pass..
Agar zameen ya flat hay jis ka rakba 250 Sq.Y say zayada ho..
Apni gari ho 1000cc ya us say bari,
Ya agar Agar income tax kam ya zayada kata ho,,,
To ap ko return of income jama karwana lazmi hay…

The tax payable by a full time teacher or a researcher, employed in a non profit education or research institution duly recognized by Higher Education Commission, a Board of Education or a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission, including government training and research institution, shall be reduced by an amount equal to 75% of tax payable on his income from salary.
