Aj office mein SESSI ka notice aya hai.Us detail mangwai hai.

1.Mera sawal yeh ke SESSI sirf sindh mein jo employees hain sirf un per lagoo hota hai ya jo sindh se registered firm ho per lagoo whole country mein company ke tamam employees per hota hi.

2. Is mein deduction kis hisab se hoti hai....

3. Aur benefit kia hain....kia yeh benefit deduction start hotey hi lago hota hai. Ya phir is ka bhi koi formula hota hai deduction ke hisab se .

4. Hamari company Exchange company hai (jese Money Changer hotey hain). Kia yeh tamam karoobari idaron per lazim hai ya phir sirf koi makhsoos companies per lazim hain.

please help out me.

1. Sessi provisional tax
2. deduction minimum wages ka 6 % contribution minimum daina lazmi hay.min wages 7000 hain .10000 salary tak kay emp sessi may cover hotay hain
3. Sessi may registered employee ko medical kay benifit miltay hain
uska card banta hay jis may registered employee or uski family ka nam likhay hotay hain wo medical benift claim karsaktay hain sessi ki respective dispencery say ya valika hospital say.

Sorry reply aj dekha hai mein ne. bohut shukeria.

Acha mujhe pata chala hai SESSI un ka bhi deduction hotin hain jin ki baad mein salary 10,000 se above bhi ho jati hai...but wohi 10,000 se deduction chalti rehti hai.

Is that true?

jo employee aik dafa sessi may registered hojay wo phor regitered rahta hay uska contribution maximum side per deduct hota hay 10000 * 6 % =60

Salam to all

1.agr kisi employee ki salary for eg 9,000 hai tou us ka sessi RS 540 deduct hoga ya Rs. 420 constant hai up to salary of Rs.10,000 and if employee has salary above Rs. 10,000 what benefit he will get because u said sessi is applicable up to salary Rs.10,000.

2.EOBI is also governmet fund . and in this Rs 60 contribution is of employee and Employeer contribution is Rs 300 . Like SESSI (Salary limit Rs 10,000).Is there any condition in EOBI and what are the facilities will available to employee.

Sessi contribution min 420 hay as per min wages rs 7000 laikin agar salary 8000 hogi to 480 hoga upto rs 10000 cont 6 % hoga wages ka .

jo employess sessi may registerd hain unki salary agar 10000 say zada bhi hojay gi to wo cover rahain gay unka cont 600 rs hoga .

jo employess sessi may registered hain unka medical card banay ga phir wo medical facilities avail kar saktay hain

Eobi may 2 cont hotay employer cont 350 Rs ( 5% of 7000) and employee cont 70 ( 1 % of 7000 ) employee ki salary eobi may ireleent hay cont per employee fixed hay .
