Suppose you are working as an HR Manager of a manufacturing firm. You are going to hire a Deputy Manager marketing through print ad in a news paper. List down all the job Description and Job Specification characteristics which you will require in your proposed candidate suitable for this job.

Job description varries from orgainization to organization. So a HR manager knows better for what he is going to hire someone. However generaly it amy be so

Our organization needs the services of an experienced and energetic individual as deputy manager marketing. Ideal candidate will be
- MBA Marketing from a reputable HEC recongnized institute
- Below 35 years of age
- Having experience of above 3 years (preferably in menufacturing concern)

Selected individual shall be responsible for;
- participation in national and international expositions
- Gathering product related market data
- Searching for new buyers
- Follow the instructions of Manager marketing
