They don't give "degrees", they give certificates. Go check out the meaning yourself

Yanee tumhara Matlab hai k university kabhe certificates nahi dete????

Dear ajnabi,
ICMAP does not consider Pipfa members even eligible to start their program without a bachelors degree from a HEC recognized university.Agar pipfa university hota to HEC aur Icmap is ka certificate recognize kertay(Even though Icmap award pipfa 7 exemptions but only if they have a bachelors degree).
HEC is the sole regulatory authority to regulate higher edu in Pakistan and they have a list of recognized Pak universities on their web.Go and check , aap ko above mentioned list may say ziada nahi milain ga!

Dear Shani Thanks for your post, however, just to clarify that i asked him to check the meaning of University regardless of the fact, what is considered by others...

Jahan tak ICMAP ki bat hai to dost, this is a prerequisite of ICMAP that Student should be a Graduate and giving exemptions to PIPFA on the basis of PIPFA and not on the basis of graduation.

Graduation is a primary condition however to avail exemptions, PIPFA is collateral, which can not overruled primary condition.

Hope you understand that the conflict arose due to the meaning of the word "University", with in the context of Language.

It says a university is an instituition of higher education and research, which grants ACADEMIC DEGREES IN VARIETY OF SUBJECTS. If you don't understand english then get it translated by someone, no offense

Lagta hai tum sirf upper wali definition parh k khush ho rahay ho.

Munnay mujhay English sikhanay say pehlay Institute aur University ka differentiation pocho kise say ja kar....

Lakin i still say agar kisee ko zaleel honay ka shok hai to wo yahan fazool may post karay tumhare tarah, aur zaleel hota rahay, afterall zalaalat may Kiffalat, samaghdare ki zamanat.

Rofl, how weirdo. Someone who proves you wrong is illiterate, LøL. Atleast you have the sense to find out the spelling errors. I had thought you don't have that caliber either. As far as my literacy is concerned, i don't allow strangers to judge me by any means, nor do i allow them to call me "yar". You said me to check out the "meaning" provided by your own "source", i looked and gave you your answer quoting out your own "evidence". Your mentality is very obvious by your wordings. I bet whoever argues with you with strong points, you start blabbing against him. Now grow up and accept the fact. No more comments. I avoid arguing with i-am-100%-right-no-matter-what and such disrespectful PpL

Yar may nay tumhay nahi bola tha , even tum shahyad kise k yar bannay k kabil he nahi ho.

Yeh tumharee posts thee jis ko tum nay likhnay may aur sochnay may 2 ghantay lagiye, main to samajh raha tha k bacha apni galati pay nadim hai or ab post nahi karay ga yahan, lakin tum jese jahil jo dusroon k comments main keeray nikaltay hain, ko may tackle karna boath achee tarah janta hon.
