Every one can say that I am in love with something/someone but there very few who has the power to express there love because many of us don't has the self esteem- self esteem to love your own self.
That is why if a person can't love himself how he can expect from the other to love him, and this is the main reason that we can,t express our love.
MY SUGGESTION
START LOVING YOURSELF AND THE OTHER WILL LOVE YOU.YOU WILL FEEL EASE IN EXPRESSING YOURSELF.
