I strongly recommend the name of Mr. Evolution to act as moderator on this forum.

by the why, is there any 'Admin' on this forum, he/she is also absent for many days.

Its about time ! may I suggest that Pracs should also be nominated as a moderator? At present, he is the most active member on the forum & I guess he is capable of "moderating" discussions in an unbiased manner.

PS Does anyone have the "POWER" & "AUTHORITY" of appointing new moderators ? I guess this isnt a democracy, where the forum posters would be allowed to vote! Whos the supreme RULER then ?

This forum is actively moderated.

We believe in freedom of speech and sharing of knowledge. In our opinion this can best be achieved by minimal interference by regulatory authorities (in this case, us). Therefore, we remain as "quiet" as possible and let the members carry on most of the show. However, this doesnt mean that the members should start abusing their rights of speech, which we reiterate will be dealt in line with forum rules in a swift and severe manner, as has been done in the past.

"Sweeping" of the forum for duplicate and erroneous messages is carried out on a fortnightly basis.

A moderator's job description for this forum is only to conduct discussions and report matters of importance to the admin who actually handle the operational affairs of the forum. I our opinion, in the current mode, the is no need for any new moderators.

We thank you all for your continued interest, participation and support.

ooooopppsss............. I feel sorry for you 'Evolution', but dont worry lets hope for the best..
