Full Version: definitions in the ordinance

definitions in the income tax ordinace are like this
"a company is defined as defined in companies ordinance 1984"
so do i think its a definition...almost all the definitions are like the same...
i really have problems in studying taxation...plz help

AOA...but yaar that means if we have to study tax laws then just to learn definitions we have to consult all other laws like insurance and modarba and trusts ets...whats that rubbish...

Your observation is right. But definitions are required to be so written in order to link laws. They have been written keeping in view actual business environment and not students. You should consult a good tax handbook. May I suggest practical handbook by Huzaima and bukhari.
