I would like to ask the forum member that a job is better or business. Assume that you have resources to start the business and have qualification to do the job. Would you preferred to go for business or a job?.

REASON???????????

Invest the money into real estate business and get yourself a good job........ One doesnt have to spend the whole day in real estate business .......... <img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle>

salaam all,

an interesting question from mr dar.

ophie has given good idea. i think v shud opt for doing job, n avoid all the expenses n risks associated with starting businesses. doing business is a full time headache, specially if it is started right from the scratch (other way is to inherit it). doing job will utilize our valuable qualification also. and for the funds tht r available for starting business, shud be invested, eg, in banks, mutual funds, real estate etc n earn an additional amount of income.

wht would u do, mr sajjad dar, in this situation???

Ophe’s Idea is quite good but I would like to go for business because nowadays no good salaries in Pakistan and my qualification would be my backups. If somebody offer me Rs. 70,000 PM or over then might be I go for job.

In business you have no boss, you can keep a good nice looking sectary<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle> that you cant in job. No headache to reach on time and to takes the holidays. In some business you don’t need to invest too much but you can earn good money. I have one business idea in my mind, in that business you don’t need to spend too much but you can make good money. You can make money three ways from your client and only one client can give you about Rs. 50000.

Please don’t ask me about the business, hope you would understand why?

Business is good if you have a sound business plan and are prepared to devote yourself to the business entirely - especially in the start up period of 3 years+. You also have all the stress and pressure associated with ensuring a healthy/ profit and cash position.

With a job you have security and dependant on performance you at least earn your basic salary!

<img src=icon_smile_clown.gif border=0 align=middle>If you want to start a business to have a good looking secretary! You are paying her to be good looking or to do her job!

one should start his own business...because he can use his qualifications there and have more authority to implement his decisions...

Nice topic …
In my point of view 5 things should be considered before reaching conclusion, which are

1 RISK Generally more risk is attached in a newly established business but in a job, as such probability is not occurred.
2 TIME There is lots of time has to be given in a business in order to make a good reputation, development, progression etc. etc.
3 PRESSURE I think pressure is balanced in both areas (job or business) but if u consider business I think pressure is continually occurred because of its nature but in a job pressure to do specific task is AD-HOC (may be I am wrong)
4 INHERITENCE If ancestor has left a profitable business in a peaceful environment then of course preference will be given to that particular business despite of doing job
5 OTHER EXTRA BENEFIT like gratuities, pensions, provident fund, hospitality, other allowances etc. etc. are not attached in a real business

All in all it can be said that doing job or business … its purely depends upon circumstance, situations, financial factors, and other relevant environment. But I like to say that the decision is very CRUCIAL.

i think so bussiness is better than job , although it ll get a lot of time & ur's hard work but when u get success then it ll feel great to u. in my opinion if u ask for ur's selves then u must start bussiness if u v enough resources.
