he says I only call him sujoo and his is accusing me on this basis. I think it is not a enough proof to offend me.
I leave you to make a decision that
can sajjad accuse me? just saying that I only call him sujoo?
is it fair to offend me without having enough proof?
and if in ur opinion sajjad is wrong than what kind of fine he should pay?

Mr. Sajjad's doubt is somewhat valid, bcaz that 'Mrs. Sajjad' used the same name 'sujoo' as used by you.
and if he is suspicious about you then you should just tell him that you are not Mrs. Sajjad. He'll beleive you, i think so.

I think sawaira is somehow right here. Label and sarfaraz you dismissed her case without presenting the ground of dismissal. Mr. SMR highlighted a one solid point but didnât give her right of appeal.

Miss Sawaira entered his case against Mr. Sajjad before the Court of accountancy.com and requested to punish him by suggesting him fine.

We (jury and judge of accountancy forum) heard the DALAIL (Arguments) of Miss Sawaira and Mr. Sajjad and agreed to following decision.
Miss Sawira has been found guilty on the following basis
1) Nobody call Mr. Sajjad as sujoo except sawira. In the above post sujoo word has been used which is only known by sawaira.
2) Only sawaira call him in this name
Therefore its not a valid claim before me, Case dismissed.
You have right to appeal against this decision. You can enter your appeal in the High court within 14 days of this decision.
