I want to ask a basic question as to how should a person
apply for a job ? by posting CV to HR Manager or to Departmental head? Which designation a person should quote in his CV ?

Hi, I think this question has been answered already in past and was discussed in deeper length.

yaar mostly it is mentioned in the Advertisement...If its not so...then I think apply to HR
